Our digital journey

Our story, brought to life. With AzimuthWeb.

AzimuthWeb helped us bring 20 years of counselling experience into a brand and website that feel like us. This is the story of the conversations, ideas and care we shared along the way.

Where we began

Finding a partner for our next chapter.

Be Positive was founded in 2026, drawing on 20 years of experience supporting people through counselling and guidance in person. When it was time to bring that experience online, we wanted people to feel the same warmth and care they would find in a conversation with us.

We worked with AzimuthWeb to make that possible. They helped us shape how Be Positive would look, sound and welcome people online, from our logo and colours to the images, words and website itself. What we valued throughout was being able to talk openly about our ideas and see them take shape with their guidance.

Working with AzimuthWeb

They began by listening to us.

Our conversations with AzimuthWeb started with what we wanted our brand to portray. Be Positive needed to feel warm, approachable and reassuring, while reflecting the professional experience behind our work. We talked about the people we support and how we hoped they would feel when they first encountered us.

It was a comfortable, collaborative process. We could explain what mattered to us in our own words, and they helped turn those thoughts into choices we could see and discuss. There was room to say what felt right, what felt less like us and what we wanted to explore further. That openness made it easier to arrive at a direction we felt happy with.

Our logo and colours

Finding a look that feels like Be Positive.

The logo grew out of those early conversations. AzimuthWeb developed designs for us to consider, listened to our feedback and kept refining them until we were happy. Being part of that process meant we could recognise our own intentions in the finished logo. We appreciated the patience they brought to getting it right.

They also created a colour palette for our brand, using colour theory to consider how the colours work together and the feeling they convey. The aim was to express the warmth, calm and reassurance we wanted Be Positive to stand for, and to help us connect with the people we hope to support.

Accessibility was part of those choices too. AzimuthWeb paired the palette with clear contrast and readable colour combinations, so the colours could express our personality while keeping the words comfortable to read. Seeing those decisions come together helped us understand how much care goes into a visual identity that serves its audience.

Images and words with care

Helping people feel welcome from the first visit.

AzimuthWeb sourced images for us with our audiences in mind: individuals, students, couples and families who may be considering support. They approached the imagery with the same care as the rest of the brand, looking for pictures that felt relatable and welcoming to the people we wanted to reach.

They also helped us write the website copy, giving our brand a voice that felt like our own. The language needed to be calm, respectful and easy to understand, with the warmth we bring to our conversations. AzimuthWeb helped us explain our experience and services in that voice, making space for the questions someone might have before getting in touch.

For someone wondering whether counselling is right for them, the way a page speaks can matter as much as the information it contains. We wanted visitors to feel able to read, reflect and take a first step in their own time. It was reassuring to see that intention carried through both the images and the words.

Bringing it all together

A thoughtful home for the brand we shaped together.

AzimuthWeb brought our logo, colours, images and words together in a website that feels like Be Positive. The gentle botanical details and space around the words reflect the calm, welcoming feeling we hoped to share with everyone who visits.

People can get to know our counselling and guidance servicesand find answers to common questions in our frequently asked questions. With our sessions now offered online, we wanted people to feel comfortable learning about us and reaching out when they feel ready.

Care in the details

AzimuthWeb also thought about the small things that help people feel at ease when visiting our website. We appreciated the care they took to make it a welcoming place to get to know us.

Finding the support you need
Visitors can explore the different ways we can support them, find answers to their questions and see how to get in touch, all at their own pace.
A comfortable place to read
Whether someone visits on their phone or sits down at a computer, the clear words and gentle colours make it comfortable to spend time getting to know us.
Helping our audience find us
We wanted our audience to find us easily when looking for counselling and guidance. AzimuthWeb helped us share who we are and the support we offer in clear, familiar words.

Looking ahead

More ways to find us. The same reason to listen.

Working with AzimuthWeb has been a positive experience because we felt heard throughout the process. They took the time to understand what Be Positive means to us and helped us express it in ways we could feel proud of. The result feels like a natural extension of the care we want people to experience when they come to us.

We are grateful to AzimuthWeb for helping us take this step. Our hope is that someone who might never have found us through a personal recommendation can now recognise a concern they would like to discuss and feel able to reach out. That is what this new chapter is here to make possible.

Here when you are ready

Every new chapter starts with a conversation.

If something in our story feels relevant to you, tell us what you are looking for. We can answer your questions and explain how our support works.

A simple conversation is enough to begin.
