Who we are
Be Positive Private Limited is an online counselling and guidance practice. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Be Positive.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made under it.
What personal information we collect
We may collect the following personal information when you interact with us:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and message, provided through our contact form or when you email or call us.
- Service information — information you choose to share during an enquiry, appointment, or ongoing engagement. Depending on the support requested, this may include sensitive information about your health, wellbeing, relationships, family, study, or work.
- Correspondence and records — the content of emails, phone conversations, documents, administrative notes, and service records created or shared as part of providing support.
- Technical and anti-abuse data — Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request metadata, and browser or device signals to host and protect this site, apply rate limits, operate Turnstile, and record operational diagnostics.
